Domestic & International Shipping
Babymoon is committed to deliver orders with good quality packaging within the time frame specified below. To ensure that orders reach in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies only.
Guys we don’t want you to think twice when it comes to buying the photography props for your next shoot!!! So if you are buying at Babymoon House don’t worry about the additional shipping and all for domestic orders, we have all in one price here.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping for online orders is currently free limited to specific regular postal-codes provided in India & in case wrong pin codes entered in address or Extended / Extra Delivery Locations (EDL) pincodes, customer shall be charged additional amount of shipping which shall be intimated to them by email / WhatsApp and advance payment required to be made for such correction in pincode. In case of EDL pincodes, customers want to cancel the domestic order except for Advance Booking products, cancellation charges @11.8% (Including applicable GST) of Order Value or Rs.590 whichever is higher plus with outward & inward shipping charges will be applicable.
Usually all orders having volumetric weight items (having more than 0.5 kg weight) move with surface (ground package) mode and it takes 3-8 business days from dispatch to reach to the destination & other items move with air mode and it takes 1-3 business days from dispatch to reach to the destination.
In case of domestic orders, consignee / customer refuses to accept the package at the time of delivery for the reason whatsoever & the package gets return to the origin, shipping charges for forwarding the shipment including holding charges at shipping agencies, returning back to origin and additional processing charges of Rs.590/- shall be charged to customer & balance if any shall be refunded on request else store coupon with limited validity shall be issued for future purchase.
Expedite Courier Service (Express Shipping) also available to customers at additional cost which depends upon the cart items and shall be separately intimated to the customer whenever customer requires but in Express Shipping, we do not commit any delivery timeline in the event beyond our control.
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day, or as per the dispatch date agreed at the time of order confirmation and courier company’s shipment delivery norms. All orders received before 12 pm will be taken into processing on the same day any order post 12.00 pm will be processed on the next day. Our endeavour is to ensure the products are delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address as mentioned during the Checkout. Please note Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as business days for deliveries & order processing. Currently we offer only standard delivery. Even though it is beyond our control, we cannot assure you of the delivery in the committed timeline.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and customers will know about this before making payments or after placing the order in case of Express Shipping option sought based on products in order. All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India.
NON AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to us. Please ensure that a complete & accurate address is provided including zip/pin code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
Babymoon endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as may be mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Babymoon fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you (customer) fail to take the delivery of the goods, Babymoon may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.
DELAY IN SHIPPING / DELIVERY
At Babymoon , we endeavour to dispatch / deliver the product at given timeline but in a situation which is out of our control or otherwise, we do not take any responsibility whatsoever in case the product gets dispatched or delivered late than the stipulated timeline as may be mentioned on product page or on phone call or WhatsApp confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are to be confirmed with the help Babymoon for the courier charges on case to case basis which are to be paid in addition to the product pricing.
Delivery outside India is expected to take up to 7-10 working days depending on the postal code and mode of shipping. Please include 3-5 working days or the time informed to you if you customise the specific product. We only ship through reputed courier companies like FedEx & UPS. Even which is beyond our control we cannot assure you of the delivery in the committed timeline.
In case of international orders, shipping cost shall be intimated once order is received by us and on the basis of ordered items, shipping charges shall be updated to customers through email / WhatsApp. In case the customer pays an amount without giving an opportunity to quote the shipping charges & at a later stage customer does not agree with the shipping charges, the customer shall be refunded the amount after deducting transaction charges @5.90% of payment gateway for receipt & refund both. Once the shipping charges are received from the customer, we may ship the order within 7 working days or more from receipt of payment.
Further international orders, customs duty & other charges in importing countries are required to be paid by customers themselves and we do not hold any liability for making payment of such charges. In case of international orders, the customer does not accept the delivery of the product by whatever reason, the shipping company will initiate Return to Shipper & customer shall not be eligible for any refund in such cases.
DAMAGE / MISSING ITEMS IN PACKAGE
We request that you accept the delivery package only if it has intact outer packaging. In case of a tempered package, do not accept the delivery & let the package move for Return to Origin for your order safety. We request you to take the unboxing / opening video before opening the package so that we can raise it with courier in case of damage receipts, missing products or other discrepancies. In absence of unboxing / opening video, images of damaged products and images of damaged outer packages we will not be able to support you for any damage receipts, missing products or other discrepancies as the courier / logistic partner does not lodge the claim without supporting evidence.
In case customer receives damaged package, kindly mention the same with the Delivery Person in Manifest while signing the same and request customer to please share 3-4 images of damaged products and 3-4 images of outer damaged package with shipping label on email: babymooncaare@gmail.com or on WhatsApp: +91 7041845487 within 12 hours of receipt of product, mention in subject line: ‘Received Damaged / Missing Products with Tracking ID:___________ under Order ID:’.
We seek customer’s support and cooperation in case a product is delivered in damaged condition or has missing items in a package to raise the same with the courier partner.
MODES OF PAYMENT
For shipping to India we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Master, Visa & American Express) and provide UPI. Phonepay is our designated payment gateways. A customer may alternatively opt for IMPS / NEFT/ RTGS /Cheque for which confirmed payment in our bank account is necessary for order processing. For shipping outside India (international orders), we have STRIPE / Paytm as our payment gateway. NOTE : No exchange or return is applicable on regular products unless the product delivered is damaged or having manufacturing defects. Further discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange in any case.
